Membership Tiers:

Early Access:

While a platform is in its early-access period, it is free while we grow: every feature, including selling, is open at no cost, and no card is needed. Membership fees above are not charged during early access. When paid plans begin, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, and you will never be charged unless you choose a plan.

Transaction Fees:

For Professional members who monetize their expertise:

• No platform fee. We take nothing from your sales, bookings, tips or subscriptions
• You are paid through PayPal, into your own PayPal account, when the customer pays. We never hold your money
• PayPal charges its own payment processing fee on each payment. That is the only deduction

Fee Transparency:

All fees are clearly displayed before any transaction. There are no hidden costs. We take no platform fee; the payment processor's fee is the only one.

Refund Policy:

Monthly subscriptions: Prorated refund available within 7 days of billing. Service transactions: Handled directly between professionals and clients per their agreement. When a payment is refunded, any platform fee on it is refunded with it.

Content Guidelines:

• Users must not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Content must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content is prohibited
• Adult content must be properly labeled and age-gated

Account Security:

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Do not share account credentials

Creator Obligations:

• Provide accurate tax information for payment processing
• Maintain professional standards in interactions
• Honor booking commitments and consultation schedules
• Deliver promised content and services

Revenue Sharing:

You retain ownership of your content and receive the full amount of each transaction, less only the payment processor's fee. The platform takes no fee.

• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity
• Spamming, phishing, or malicious software distribution
• Impersonation of other users or entities
• Circumventing platform fees or payment systems
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse platform features
• Sharing account access with unauthorized parties

Users retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, users grant the platform a license to display, distribute, and monetize content as necessary for platform operation.

Users must ensure they have rights to all content they upload and agree to indemnify the platform against IP claims.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Access to platform features will be immediately suspended
• Outstanding payments will be processed according to our payment schedule
• Content may be removed at platform discretion
• Users may request data export within 30 days

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
